"Catalogue Raisonné of Canvases, Sculptures and Spatial Environments"
published by Skira
The expertise of the editor Enrico Crispolti, in co-operation with Nini Ardemagni Laurini and Valeria Ernesti, led to the third edition of the Catalogue Raisonné of Canvases, Sculptures and Spatial Environments (Catalogo Ragionato di sculture, dipinti e ambientazioni) being published in 2006.
This updated edition was produced thanks to the painstaking documentation and authenticity work carried out by the Lucio Fontana Foundation.
Fontana's entire output of works in these various fields – spanning over four decades – are presented in chronological order and from a historical and critical point of view.
This volume is the most complete catalogue of works by the artist, and page by page it displays his vast creative genius, giving precise bibliographic and exhibition information.
Thanks to this catalogue raisonné, scholars, collectors, museum curators and art dealers can rely on having an authoritative and accurate tool at their hands, for in-depth information about Fontana's works.
